Candle Care

🕯️We want your spooky candles to last as long as possible and stay safe while enjoying them!🕯️

Please review our candle care tips below and stay safe and spooky!

1. Always trim your wooden wick to ⅛ inch / cotton wicks to 1/4 inch. If the wick is too long, the flame will be too large and could become a fire hazard. Additionally, it will give off smoke. There are dedicated candle wick cutters which you can purchase, OR simply use a pair of nail clippers to cut your wooden wick down to ⅛ inch / cotton wick to 1/4 inch. 
2. For the first burn, allow our 8oz candles to burn for up to 3-4 hours until the melt pool reaches the edges of the vessel / 2oz candles up to 2 hours. This will prevent tunneling. 
3. Do not burn candles longer than 4 hours.
4. Clear any debris from your candle before burning. This will make your candle last longer and burn cleaner.
5. Never burn near anything flammable.
6. Always burn candles on non-flammable and heat-safe surfaces. 
7. Never leave candles unattended. 
8. Keep candles safely away from children and pets.
