RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be over the moon with your purchase! And we also know that buying candles online can be tricky, and everyone’s sense of smell is a bit different. 

If you’re not 100% happy with the scent of your candle right out of the box, we've got your back.

You may exchange any full-size, unburned candle within 30 days of delivery. 

Simply email us at meow@hauntkatcandles.com and let us know your order number, and what you didn’t like about the scent (too strong, too sweet, etc). We will be happy to assist you in finding a fragrance you’ll love.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Oh no! It’s the worst when the cat knocks your order off the counter during the shipping process. Don’t fret…we have a 100% replacement policy on lost or damaged items. Just send us an email at meow@hauntkatcandles.com with a note or photo of what was damaged and we'll replace it.
