At HauntKat Candle Co., we are thrilled to help you keep the spooky vibe in your home year round!

We also understand it can be tricky to purchase scented candles online. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We love our spooky candles and hope you do too! If you purchase a candle and don't absolutely love it, you can exchange your unburned candle within 30 days of delivery.

Individual 2 oz candles from sample sets are not eligible for exchange, but the entire set can be returned with all candles unburned. 

We want you to have a magickal experience!

Please email us at hauntkatcandles@gmail.com with your order number, reason for exchange, and desired scent, and we will be happy to assist you!

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE CANDLES

If we made a mistake or your candle arrives damaged, we apologize and will make it right. Please email hauntkatcandles@gmail.com with your order number and details about the damaged or defective candle and we will replace it for you at no cost to you!
